The Diver Certification Board of DIWA is an Organization which operates in coordination with the ICD (Internatinal Chamber of Commercial Diving) Board, and the DIWA HQ INTERNATIONAL. Originally set up to, the Diver Certification Board of DIWA . DIWA is now the only body which certifies AISO-ICD nitrox divers in the World. The Diver Certification Board of DIWA offers certification to Nitrox divers and supervisors who can demonstrate that they have sufficient training and experience that meets the requirements of the ICD Chamber Standards for Nitrox Diving Education (AISO Standards C-275.4). The Diver Certification Board of DIWA accredits Nitrox diver and Nitrox Instructor training organizations which trains that meets the levels set by AISO-C-275.4,1-2 Nitrox

DIWA, ist eine der ältesten internationalen diving Tauchorganisation für professionale Ausbildung von Tauchausbildern (DIWA ITC- Instructor Training Course) und Tauchern. Die Tauchausbildung ist das Erleben der modernen Scuba Diving Education für Scuba Diving Beginner, Scuba Diver als auch für den Scuba Diving Instructor. Seit 1976 betreibt DIWA den so genannten Scuba Diving -TEC Diver (unter der Bezeichnung Special Mixed - Gas Scuba Diver) und somit auch die Tec diving Education für den Nitrox Scuba Diver und Nitrox Trainer, der in der Unterabteilung der DIWA-Scuba Diving Organization International. Gemäß der AISO-Norm und Nitroxas Scuba Diving Organization die in der ICD organisiert ist. Die AISO Norm reglementiert die NITROX DIVING Ausbildung im Scuba Tec.Diving - TEC - Mixed Gas Bereich. Ob US-DIVERS der DIWA - Organization oder scuba divemaster in anderen Regionen -worldwide- den ICD/DIWA-Scuba Diving Instructor, oder den Nitrox Trainer als Tec diving instructor annehmen, es wird überall das gleiche Niveau und Nitrox Dive Management angewendet. Das Ergebnis dieser Niveau-Durchsetzung ist der Zusammenschluss in der Internationalen Kammer für gewerbliches Tauchen (ICD - International Chamber of Commercial Diving - the world commercial diving organization -, die darin organisierten Taucher-Organisationen sind beitragsfrei. Dazu gehört auch die Internationalae Diving Organization DIWA - Scuba Diving Organisation, als Gründungsmitglied. Die DIWA-Ausbildung ist profund, nach AISO Standards und modern, vom Anfänger bis hin zum Scuba Diving Instructor Trainer, nach dem Motto:
